Great if you're after a period property in a quiet rural location that is within easy reach of Truro, Redruth and Falmouth. The living space is superb with a large living room complete with cosy log burner, a separate dining room and a sun room which has lovely views over the garden and valley beyond. The kitchen/breakfast room has an excellent range of units and plenty of workspace as well as a walk in pantry. Practical matters are taken care of in the split level utility room which has two sinks, space for a washing machine and tumble dryer and a range of units. Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms, the family bathroom with a white suite and a further WC/cloaks. Outside, the gardens are a lovely size and steps lead to an off road parking area. There are views of the valley from the garden.
Twelveheads is a pretty rural hamlet on the Bissoe trail -
an mostly off road cycle route which links the north and south coasts. There are cafes at both Bissoe and Twelveheads to serve cyclists and walkers and this popular spot is a haven for those who love the great outdoors! For the best Pasties in the area try Rippons at Bissoe. The best way to reach it is via the A39 from Truro to Falmouth - once you reach the bottom of the Carnon Downs bypass, turn right at the Devoran roundabout and go straight across the crossroads towards Bissoe. Pass the cycle hire on the right hand side , go over the small bridge and take the next right hand turning. Follow the road until you come to Twelveheads and continue until the chapel. The property is on the left hand side.
