Why You'll Like It
A spacious one bedroom apartment in a thoughtfully converted period property with the benefit of parking and a communal garden. Once inside the communal hallway, a private door opens to your staircase leading to up to the apartment. The living room is a good size with two double glazed windows overlooking the front. The kitchen has been fitted with a comprehensive range of units topped with marble effect work surfaces. The oven, hob and extractor are integrated and there are delightful countryside views over the rear. Refitted with a white suite, the shower room has a corner cubicle with electric shower, basin, WC and built in cupboards. The double bedroom is a really good size and has built in wardrobes. A real bonus is the loft space which is accessed from the apartment and provides a useful area and has natural light. Outside the communal garden has a drying area and there is an allocated parking space. In our opinion this is a super flat in a very popular village and it make a lovely home or a good investment.
The Freehold is owned equally between the six flats and there is a 125 year lease in place (over 100 years remaining) for additional peace of mind. There is a maintenance charge of £60 per month which includes the peppercorn rent specified in the lease. Pets are allowed.
