Lodge 35 has been owned by our clients since it was new. A buyer has the option of renting the lodge, with agreement of the park owner. This agreement allows the lodge owner to use the property for a number of weeks per year. Or it can be used solely for their own use for 11 out of 12 months of the year but not as their sole or main residence.
Site
There is a small launderette on site but no other amenities making it ideal for those wanting peace and quiet. There is a site manager who maintains the area and services the hot tub etc on change overs.
Annual site fees
We are advised that the 2022 fees are £4191.24. Water charges £639. Gas and electric is based on usage.
