Owners Comments

We have been here 7 years now and after doing alot of work to make it our own we love our home and the fact that we can live in a multi-generational way together , but separate so mum has her own space and we do also. Our home itself is lovely to live in with great downstairs family space. The location is fabulous, flat area, close to town where we can walk in on some days or just walk to st Thomas shops instead only 10 minutes away. We walk to school and our back garden backs on to the kid's park and Cowick Barton fields as well as have an allotment just a few minutes walk from our home . The sense of community in this area is great with our kids playing out in the green in the summer with neighbours and us all keeping an eye out for each other and one another's homes when we are away etc. It is not easy to do the house justice when marketing it and it's something you have to come to look at yourself to get a feel for the place. We would be staying put but feel the need to up-size and we hope that another family can benefit from this lovely home and enjoy it as much as we have
