Going through Wadebridge, take the A39 road signposted Port Isaac. Follow the signs heading on the B3314 for about 4 miles and then turn left for Port Isaac. Dropping down into Port Isaac, as you reach the bend heading towards the public car park on the left. Once parked, you can take the level footpath into the village, or walk back towards the shops a little way up the hill, take the first right turning on the road walking down to the bottom onto Fore Street following it around to the left.
